Linda's Chicken and Dumplings

Instructions

  1. Put flour, salt, baking powder, egg, and 2/3C broth into a bowl and mix until the mixture forms a ball. Divide into 2 or 3 equal portions, and roll out to 1/8 inch thick. Cut into 2 inch squares and dry for 3 hours.
  2. Drop the dumplings into boiling chicken soup, cover, and simmer for 15 minutes. Add the chicken to warm.
  3. Plate and serve.
